Regular Season Comes to a Close

UWA - Springfield, MO
The regular season of Ozark College Ultimate came to a close yesterday at Fools Fest in Lawrence Kansas. Unfortunately, the final day of the tournament ended unusually due to a combination of rain, wind, and forfeits. As a result of the unique situation, Arkansas-B became the College Division Champion by winning the semifinal game against Kansas-B.

Just a few miles south, the Oklahoma State Scrimmage was taking place as well. The one day event (April 1) pitted host Oklahoma State, John Brown, and Tulsa against each other. John Brown won the first game against Tulsa, 13-9. Oklahoma State then beat John Brown in the second game of the day 13-5. Ultimato finished the day off by defeating Tulsa 11-5 in the third and final game of the day.

The next scheduled tournament is the Ozark Sectional Tournament. The tournament will be held April 8 and 9 in Fayetteville, Arkansas and is a part of the 2006 UPA College Series.
